Catering Sales Manager

Raised in Princeton, NJ, Emma discovered her passion for fine dining at a young age, and quickly aspired to be a chef just like her idol, Julia Child. After spending her high school summers as a prep chef for a startup crepe business, Emma graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2017 with a Bachelors’ in Hospitality Administration. While in college, Emma interned with Aramark and Eataly, where she helped launch the Boston Eataly location in 2016. After graduating, she spent four years with Aramark and Patina Restaurant Group, as a corporate dining manager at Goldman Sachs and Fox Corporation, respectively. From 2020-2023, she was with Constellation Culinary Group at Carnegie Hall as a catering sales coordinator, then manager. Emma was delighted to join Marcus Samuelsson Restaurant Group in 2023 as Catering Sales Manager. Outside of work, Emma loves working out, traveling, Broadway shows, and exploring the NYC food scene.
