Isaiah Kelsey is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in Food & Beverage, beginning his journey in his family's kitchen. Prior to joining the Marcus Samuelsson Restaurant Group in 2022, Isaiah held roles from Baker to Sommelier to Beverage Director to General Manager with the Hillstone Restaurant Group, Walt Disney World, and Marriott Hotels. Beyond his professional success, Isaiah is dedicated to uplifting small and BIPOC businesses; his passion for hospitality and creativity along with his commitment to inclusivity and diversity define his approach to the industry. With a love of orchestrating daily service, Isaiah creates an unparalleled experience in one of the city’s most beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant dining rooms.
