When it comes to high-profile event sales, planning, and on-site execution, Katelyn leaves no stone unturned. Katelyn currently serves as the Director of Catering for celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson.  Prior to this role, she relocated to NYC from Miami to take on the Director of Catering role at Carnegie Hall and had previously built a hospitality career with head-turning highlights that include the managing of catering sales at Miami’s Nobu Eden Roc Hotel; and overseeing catering and special events for The Villa by Barton G. — the former Versace mansion. She has even planned and executed celebrity fetes for all-star celebrity clients that include Martha Stewart, Queen Sofia of Spain, Katy Perry, The Kardashians, Chefs Tyler Florence and Rocco DiSpirito, Cardi B, and worked on the operations team for three Olympic Games including Rio 2016, Pyeongchang 2018 and Paris 2024.
